Can I finance a smart cooler?
Yes. Apply with one of our two independent financing partners before you order — approval happens on the partner’s site and sets the terms of your order. Affirm and PayPal financing are also offered at checkout.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes. Each model on the shop has a “Request Invoice / Manual Payment” option if you prefer not to pay by card at checkout.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Build a bundle on the shop: 5–9 machines get 3% off the total and 10–19 machines get 5% off. For 20 or more machines, contact us.
What warranty is included?
A 1-year manufacturer’s warranty is included with every machine. Extended 2- and 4-year plans are available, with no deductibles and fast claims.
What does a smart cooler cost to run?
Every model has an AI subscription of $40 per machine per month, and card processing is 5.95% + $0.05 per transaction. Electricity use is listed for each model — the Mini 360 uses about 2.0 kWh per 24 hours.
